We took a looong weekend trip to Houston for the Reliant Dog show, it was pretty fun. Trying to recover from an umbilical hernia repair procedure I had last week, so getting away from everything was what I needed. Wish I could spend the other 6 weeks recovering like this, but.... Took a few pics, thought I'd post them here for the dog people here.

Gotta say, as far as events go, dog shows have got to be at the top of the list of events that gather some good people. Everyone there seemed to be upbeat and postive, filled with enthusiasm and good will. We have two Lakeland Terriers and a Mini Schnauzer ourselves, but took our small lakie with us on the trip. Here's Chelsea and I, and some other pics of other breeds.
