Conroe Bug Discovered.
(United States) Modified By anonymous on 8/24/2006 9:15:47 PM)

This was posted on the BBR Starfire Forum and is a link to an Anandtech posting.

It refers to an Intel Errata error warning and about corrupted Seti WU that are Conroe based.

Thanks Hank, picked it up earlier and gave it to Paul hopefully nothing serious.

Actually a list of 37 errata in the Conroes. No big deal, every component made has errata. Question is, will any of them affect day to day use. Quick scan of the thread linked above, I see no actual problems by users, and none for seti users...... unless I missed it in there somewhere.

Aye, errata are quite common. I would gladly have a fleet of these errata filled Conroes

I can only please one person a day. Today is not your day... tomorrow isn't looking too good either.

Hank, you beat me to it.  I saw that last night night and was going to post it.  One thing led to another and I forgot about it.  Thanks posting the info!
