Remember login doesn't work anymore after the latest updates.
You have to log in manually for every session if you want to post.
It's not a big deal but still...

When the site was moved to the new hosting, something happened with logins. Gary is tracking down the bug, as soon as it's fixed, I'm sure he'll let us know.

I'm not quite sure what's going on. The only difference is that it moved from a single processor server to the 4 core xeon. I flipped around some settings, and from what I can tell, it looks OK but I can't be sure. The cookes are set to expire in 50 years (!) so that isn't the problem. Give it some time and see if it isn't improved. In the mean time I'm searching for other possible things to look at.

Just to let you know, I had to re-logon about an hour ago. I keep it on the forum page all the time and just refresh it every so often. At least once a day I've had to logon since the move.

My last login was yesterday at night. I didn't need it this morning. It appears to be working right now.

Mine appears to be working as well.
Stick a fork in me! I'm done!

Well, multiple logins are still requiring a login everyday. Some days I log in from 5 different machines, though. No worries about it, just getting some details out....

It doesn't work for me eighter. I'm using IE 7. Probably this is the source of our problem. I hate it

There are actually 5 cookies set... portaliasid - updated throughout session portalroles - updated throughout session .DOTNETNUKE - set to expire 50 years from from last logon language - set to expire at end of session .ASPXANONYMOUS - set to expire 69 days from today

Not sure exactly what's going on, but I've restarted the server a couple of times today in the course of doing other things, and apparently when it restarts, it loses track of the autologin. That should be the last restart I have to do, so I'll leave it run a few days and see if it's cleared up. You might have to re-login once, but it should be stable from here on out (I hope ).

That's me playing with the style sheets to figure out where to change the link color for the forums. I think I finally figured it out, it was a global setting,

Better?

The issue is that you moved the servers. The cookie Ip is different.
1. delete the cookies for TSWB.org. 2. Close out the browser and open it back up. TSWB.org will ask for you login credentials again. 3. Enter it and click remember button. 4. Close out of the browser and then reopen it. Check TSWB. It should have logged you in automatically.

Well, I'm trying this out now. I guess it will be days before we see if it works for good. Did my laptop last night, just as you said, worked for the few hours I was on it. I did notice on my main rig this morning it failed, but I didn't close the browser and restart it. Sounds like a plan, though... L0GiX wrote The issue is that you moved the servers.
