I  am really lost on this one.  I am having a problem with BOINCManager on my Athlon64 X2 4000 machine.  I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit and BOINCManager version 6.4.7.  What has happened is that I can no longer download work units to this computer like I used to.  I can only run one Seti work unit at a time and I can not queue any even though I have it set for six days of cache in my settings.  So my second core was left idle all the time so I started MilkeyWay on it.  It too only downloads a work unit once the first one is finished.  I restarted my computer several times to see if it would help and I reset both of the projects, but that didn't help either.

All of this started after trying to run PrimeGrid for the challenge.  I had detached PrimeGridand and ever since I had nothing but problems with this machine.  Any ideas on what may be going on?  There are no error messages, it just doesn't request any work units until the current one is complete.
