Starts Thursday at 1PM Central. You know the drill, need to clear your cache, and download wu's after the start time.

this is a 321 LLR which is a slightly long WU. they claim it should take an average of 16 hours to complete a WU on an average machine. Be prepared for a 7 day journey

check your i7 credit vs other computers on the challenge... I bet you are claiming at least 400 on every task. My computers only claim from 200-280 on average. some of my wingmen are running i7's and they are claiming up to 800 credits where I might claim 250.

I created a post on PG complaining about the over claims

The i7's are taking between 2-3 times longer to crunch a WU than the others. the algorithm is probably not based on # of computations, but something else.

Does not matter really. THe PG server is giving higher granted credit than both of the claimed credits anyway.

This does not affect the PG challenge anyway. it gives credit for that based on a set amount per wu. and if you figure it out, it is almost 10X higher than the normal credit given

I was thinking more along the lines of claimed and granted credit. the i7s seem to claim almost 2X what every othe intel and AMD chip claims. This kinda throws the credits off for non i7 users
