Rosetta has a side project called FOLDIT@home. It's similar to Rosetta but allows you as an individual to test protein structures. I've set up a TSWB Team. http://fold.it/portal/node/295310 Download the necessary files http://fold.it/portal/files/app/Fold%20It!.exe and start collecting points for the team. Some of the projects are more difficult than others.

Also there is 1 if not more demonstrations on how to make the foldit program work to your point advantage on youtube

I tried it for around 10 minutes and it drove me nuts. I'll give it another go later.

Heh screw foldit. it appears that the top teams basically copy/paste results so the top 20-25 slots are all the same 2-3 teams. This blows and was a deciding factor in me quitting the project. If anyone else would like to captain that team let me know and I'll gladly transfer it to you.
