another PG challenge  (United States)
Modified By skildude on 8/7/2009 8:52:44 AM
and a nasty one at that  http://www.primegrid.com/forum_thread.php?id=1440&nowrap=true#17226  woodall LLR

this is meant for fast sturdy machines.  They say the time for completion is anywhere from 22-75 hours depending on your rig.  I'm only going to put 2 machines on it since its so nasty

I'll throw on a two or three quads as well and see what happens.

Might give it a go. Have to blow the dust out of the quad first though.

I'm doing a test run on my amd 940.  I have 4 running and they look to be taking about 27 hours at 90%.  so for a 5 day challenge I can probably squeeze out 12-16 of those monsters on this machine, quite a few less on my dual core.

/edit the WU's all finished just shy of 30 hours

this PG challenge is a bit turtlism. 1 day and not 1 person reported a result. I have 3 that should finish around 7-8 pm tonight

Re: another PG challenge  (United States)

scavio & I (mostly scavio) have the team rank at 14, atm. Could use some help.... it's not too late~ still almost 3 days left.... Seems like low attendance, would be an excellent opportunity to grab some challenge points.

Looks like I should get 7 results in before the end. Thought I might get more but even my fastest machine is slow it seems.

It's nice to see more team mates showing up in the participants list. Looks like we are holding strong in the teens. I should have 4 more wu's turned in a little later today.
