@Carp I just might do that. We all love a good fireworks show, especially my five year old. Somerset is only an hour south of here, I believe. I'll have to check with the wife to see if we are going to be in town. I know we have a little trip to Atlanta to take somewhere around then.
@Paul I thought my ears were burning, lol. Good timing then. I took a bit of a gamble, in that I bought the house here, before I even listed the other one. Fortunately, it was only on the market for three weeks. I did pretty good on it, slightly more than doubled my money after ten years. As for here, I was able to get more house for the money than I would have in the Mandeville area, which is where we wanted to go back to, had we stayed in Louisiana. In the end, we needed a change of scenery and I wanted the kids to be near their grandmother.
