This Toughbook is about 1 year old, has been demo'ed a few times, I can't find a blemish on it. I have the Windows XP Pro disk, and power brick.

I have a very different impression of the Toughbooks, I have been buying them for several years and I can say they are very tough. I suspect some abuse in the above comment, we have had them dropped, spilled and crashed/smashed.. They always come through and the support is very fast, we can get them back from service within 36 hours. I will be buying some more next year, still deciding what to get for our FD, they seem to hurt them more than the PD.
