S@H network down, it's Friday....

The Seti projects servers are unreachable, since early this morning. Have no clue where the probelm is, save that it's probably a router or something along the network. The forums and server status can't be reached, so no idea what's going on now....

I guess since it's Friday, it's time for another calamity to happen. They did get most all the bugs out, optimized apps working again, etc., and were well on the way to cutting down the backlog of requests from users. Then, from the looks of it, some piece along their connection broke. Router, interface, fiber, who knows.

Will fill in as soon as any info appears....

Seti seems to be up- & downloading just fine now. As of 3:00 this morning (about 6 hours ago) transfers were stilled stalled or very slow, but since then no issues for me.

FWIW I stayed attached and just let BOINC do it's thing. I'm running Rosetta and SETI at 100 share each. Re-attach and optimize.

and for now, we're back. 3 of the Seti staff spent the long holiday weekend tracking down numerous software problems.

And now as everything seem to be working fine, the results could not be validated for a long time.

My pending count increased by more than 5K in a day. Thankfully my RAC is getting back to normal meanwhile
