Setting Network Usage (Brazil)

Due to Prime Grid Challenges I'm requesting some help from you teammates:
How to set a Network Usage under Boinc, to download wu's starting on a specific time without user intervention?
I got some troubles with that as you can see here wasting cpu cycles that doesn't count... to the challenge at least. But I wish!
A Tutorial about it will be more than welcome.

In project preferences: "Only use network between 7am and 7pm". Then set all other projects to No New Work. (Assuming 7am start time like today)

When 7am hits (and the challenge begins) your machines will download tons of work from that Project and all these wu's will be part of the challenge. However, it won't automatically suspend the other projects...

Will that work?

the only real problem is suspending your other projects so that only PG would be working. Thou I guess if you were that close to a deadline you'd just as well get the work done
