All in all, I'd stick with the q6600's especially at the prices I've seen on them recently.

I don't think motherboards are up to overclocking the q9450 to it's full potential, and from what I can tell, even if you can overclock them past where the g0's will go, the price/performance ratio is still well in favor of the q6600.  I'm not sorry I bought one, but if I need another quad I'd buy a q6600 until either the mobos scale higher or the price drops down to g0 levels.

I will have to agree on this. it is the best bang for the buck.

Dang, MC has retail boxed q6600 for $199 now!  In store only.

BOINC has gotta be loving all the new flops they are getting from this stuff.

I picked up two at that price from Microcenter.  There's nothing even remotely close in the bang-for-the-buck category.
