While most people here that have WC rigs have setup a handful of them, I think nutcase and Camelot_One have extensive experience with them. Nutcase is a beta tester for quite a few products, is a world class overclocker with several records to his name, and Camelot_One builds highend rigs with WC as an option, and is a first rate OC'er himself. Either of those guys could give you a few tips.

Both of those kits are at the top of their class, from my limited exposure to WC.

Re: WC setups

Thanks Paul :)

For anyone else reading this, my vote is for the Swiftech kit. They make a great product, and you would be hard pressed to beat the performance for the money. My only complaint with it is the extremely tiny fill hole on the reservoir, but they do include a funnel. And once setup, you won't have to mess with it much.

was wondering if there is a freon cooler or other type of cooler out there for desktops?
I RTFM and it was WYSIWYG then i found out it was just a PEBKAC error

Probably not.  It's probably overkill from both the cooling and cost aspects.

Secondly, you'd have to be licensed to handle the refrigerant, which can't be freon (outlawed).

Not freon, some other refrigerant. It's loosely called phase change in the OC community, cost in the $800 range and pulls more current than your rig does.

nutcase has one...

Re: WC setups

They provide great cooling, which allows for higher overclocks. But they are VERY dangerous in the hands of a novice. In addition to the cooling system itself, you have to worry about condensation, which seems to be where most people fail.

Well then props to nutcase and his extreme cooling lol, i wonder how far he got the Oc to go with that. any clues, or Nutcase maybe tell me.
